Every movement has its own character, power and reality.

Through the mimic alphabeth we learn
how to use the body as our instrument
completely without the help of the spoken word.

The art to express your inner life through your body.

The goal of the workshop is to get free from physical and mental bondage so that we through the will and the emotions can give immediate impulses to the body and use it as an instrument.

The course we work with the basis for acting: to get acting, body and language to work together in a dramatic context. We learn about our bodies different centres of character and the psychological gestures that creates atmosphere.
During the work-shop we train the litheness of the body through physical exercises, and to every exercise we connect the emotions and the will - why do I do this? That is - mental impulses that infuence on every physical action.
The work-shop is suitable for all levels of actor-students. Both professional and amateurs.
